Trails End Homeowners Association Website Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 20, 2025

1. Purpose and Access

The Trails End Homeowners Association (HOA) website ("Website") is provided as a courtesy to members of the Trails End HOA. Access to the Website and its content, including all documents, is restricted to Trails End HOA Members Only. Unauthorized access or sharing of Website content with non-members is prohibited.

2. Member Conduct

Members are expected to engage with the Website in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Posting or sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Using the Website for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing non-members to access the Website.

3. Account Termination

Any abuse of the Website, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use or engaging in prohibited conduct, may result in the permanent removal of a member’s account and access to the Website at the discretion of the Trails End HOA Board.

4. Content Ownership and Use

All documents, materials, and content provided on the Website are for the exclusive use of Trails End HOA members. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials with non-members without prior written consent from the Trails End HOA Board.

5. Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. The Trails End HOA makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Website or its content. The HOA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time without notice.

6. Changes to Terms

The Trails End HOA reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via the Website or email. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
